First Impressions: The Toshiba R400 Tablet PC

The Toshiba R400 soon as you see it and feel it your hands, you know there are good things to come.
The unique design of the Toshiba R400 Tablet PC, attention to ascetic detail and unique features like the Toshiba Edge Display and a 12.1 Widescreen XGA LED Backlight Display with High Brightness and Wide Viewing Angle, built in EDVO make this R400 stand out in a crowd. No question that if your using this in a public place people are going to notice it and ask questions.
The display is clear and crisp, and the experience with the pen is the best I have experienced to date.. In tablet mode, the R400 feels very much like a slate and the pen glides effortlessly over the smooth surface of the screen. Ink from the pen flows as naturally as if you were using paper and pen.
I'll have a full review for you in a few weeks, but for now I can tell you that while R400 is the exception to the rule. This machine is its not for intended to be for everyone. Its for those who dare to be different, appreciate style and enjoy owning a Tablet PC that is an expression of who they are.
